Allow me to tell you briefly about myself, I have been a resident of Santa Clara since 1986.  I am married and have six children, ages 12, 10, 8, 7, 5, and 3.  I am a graduate of CSU Fresno with a bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering and two minors in Mathematics and Physics.  I was a Hardware Design Engineer for several years but my love and passion has always been in the sales and marketing business.  At the age of 10, I started some small businesses as a means to make money for extra spending.  I was a trader, a contracted translator and a collector.  

 

Today, I am an experienced and licensed Broker/Owner of TIJOMANN.  I am passionate about what I am doing.  I am completely absorbed in the Real Estate business.  As a result, I have successfully helped satisfied clients from San Francisco to San Jose and to the East Bay.    I have experience in all major types of real estate sales representing both buyers and sellers: bank-owned, probate sale,  short sale, traditional and trust sales.

 

I am trilingual. I speak, write and read Vietnamese, Spanish and English.  As a result, I have the ability to accommodate a wide variety of customers, which potentially can be beneficial to you as my client.  

 

Equally important, I am a certified CDPE,Certified Distress Property Expert.  This means that I can effectively help you buy or sell in a short sale process.

 

I am also an ASP, Accredited Staging Professional.  I can help sellers stage their home for a quickest sale and at a highest price possible.

 

Through excellent team work attitude and cooperative spirit, I have worked well with title companies, lenders and other realtors to close deals effectively and successfully.  I am looking forward to serving you.
